Before Buying
1. Description of the Minivac
The Minivac consists of a 4-night, 5-day stay for 2 adults at a 5-star all-inclusive hotel in select destinations.
The package includes:
- Accommodation in a standard or superior room (subject to availability).
- Unlimited food, domestic and international beverages, and snacks.
- Activities and entertainment included in the price of the hotel.
2. Validity
The Minivac is designed to offer you flexibility in destinations and available dates. Keep in mind that peak seasons may require more than 60 days to confirm your desired date. The earlier you request your reservation, the better your chances of finding exactly what you want.
- The package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival; you can always make a reservation with more notice. Remember that all services are subject to availability.
- This does not apply during specific peak seasons (Easter, Christmas, New Year’s, and long weekends), unless the hotel confirms availability at an additional cost.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To access the Minivac program, the cardholder and their companion must meet the following requirements:
- Married couples, same-sex couples, common-law marriages, and be between 28 and 75 years of age.
- Widowed, single, or divorced women must be between 28 and 75 years of age (only when accompanied by immediate family members).
- Present valid official identification.
- Be the holder of two bank credit cards.
- Mexico: joint monthly income over $70,000 MXN.
- USA: joint annual income over $55,000 USD.
- Attend the Club’s VIP presentation with your partner.
- Not have previously taken this promotion.
4. Presentation of the Vacation Club
As part of the promotional program, the cardholder and their companion agree to personally and jointly attend an informative presentation about the Vacation Club at the host hotel, lasting approximately 120 minutes, on the assigned date during the stay.
- The presentation is for informational and marketing purposes, to showcase the club’s benefits.
- Attendance is a prerequisite for receiving the Minivac promotional rate.
- In the event of non-attendance, withdrawal before the end of the program, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements, the guest agrees to pay the hotel’s regular public rate for the entire stay.
Remember that these are not conditional on a purchase; you can choose to purchase or not at any time. We just ask that you listen to your advisor and be clear; it will be a very enjoyable experience.
5. Exclusions
The package does not include:
- Air or ground transportation.
- Tips, personal expenses, tours, spa services, or any unspecified expenses.
- Travel insurance.
6. Change and cancellation policy
It is very important that you check the dates carefully. This promotion is not a reservation like any other. The hotel may impose penalties for date changes or cancellations.
- Date changes are subject to availability and hotel policies.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay at the hotel’s regular rate.
- There are no refunds for early departures or no-shows.
- Non-Refundable
The program may be transferable as long as the person wishing to use it is eligible according to the program’s terms and conditions. If so, change fees will apply.
7. Acceptance of terms
The purchase and use of the Minivac package implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply with any of the above points will invalidate the promotion and result in the hotel’s regular rate being charged.

2. How to make the purchase
Request your payment link to process the sale.
Before making the purchase, you must provide us with all your information so we can prepare your Minivac Purchase Agreement.
Remember that once payment is made, you must send a copy of your ID and a partial photo of any bank credit cards in your name or your spouse’s name.
Once you’ve completed the requirements, you’ll only need to choose the date and destination of your Minivac.
3. Everything is ready, the countdown begins
Once you receive your contract, the Minivac is yours. Check the dates and destinations with the intention of requesting your reservation as soon as possible.
Reservation Instructions
1. We start your reservation
Congratulations! This promotion was created to help you enjoy an extraordinary experience in the most beautiful national destinations and to introduce you to the vacation programs that participating hotels have developed for Mexican families. It’s very important not to purchase flights until you have confirmation of your Minivac reservation.
2. Once you have the Date and Destination
Once you have the date you want to travel, you must contact us via WhatsApp at +52 322-230-6615, phone number +52 322-365-5596, or by email at minivac@gaiatravelnetwork.com, informing us of the date, destination, full name, and customer number, which appears on the certificate.
3. Plan ahead, don’t leave it to the last minute
Please request your reservation at least 45 days prior to your desired date. We recommend doing so in advance to confirm your trip, as all services are subject to space availability. Reservations cannot be made less than 30 calendar days prior to your desired date. You may reserve up to 3 additional nights at a special rate, paid directly to the resort upon confirming your stay.
4. Verification
Once the required space is found, the host hotel representative will contact you, verify your personal information, begin the search and reservation process for the requested date and destination, and verify that it meets your requirements.
5. Continue with your flights
Remember not to purchase your flights before receiving written confirmation of your hotel reservation, which must be made on the day of your hotel check-in.
Reservations follow the change policies of the selected hotel. This may incur additional charges. This promotion is non-transferable.
You authorize Gaia Travel Network to share your information with those involved in the promotion.
Once confirmation of the hotel reservation is received, this business relationship will be terminated, assuming complete satisfaction of both parties.
